1. About Our Services

We provide digital services including niche research (“Niche Blueprints”), content strategy, ghostwriting packages, ebook production, SEO optimization, and related digital assets. All services are delivered electronically.

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of digital work and agree to provide all required information necessary for the proper completion of your order.

2. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate information when placing an order
  • Have the legal right to engage in commercial transactions

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed at checkout before any work begins. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

For services that include upgrades or add-ons (upsells), the corresponding amount will be added to the total price before checkout.

Note: Niche Blueprints purchased before selecting a Ghostwriting Pack are fully deductible from the pack price.

4. Delivery of Services

Delivery times may vary based on the service purchased. Standard delivery times include:

  • Niche Blueprints: 24–48 hours
  • Ghostwriting Packs: 7–30 days depending on package level

Delivery is made via email, downloadable files, private link, or client area. Delays caused by missing client information, unclear instructions, or late responses do not count as delivery delays on our part.

5. Revisions

Most services include a specified number of revision rounds:

  • Niche Blueprints: Non-editable research, no revisions
  • Ghostwriting Packs: Up to 3 revision rounds

Revisions must remain within the original scope of work. Major structural changes requested after delivery may incur additional fees.

6. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and work begins immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds are only possible for:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Accidental double orders
  • Technical errors causing non-delivery

No refunds are provided for change of mind, unrealistic expectations, or lack of results due to external factors.

7. Intellectual Property

All Niche Blueprints, ghostwritten ebooks, and deliverables remain our intellectual property until full payment is completed.

After payment, you receive full commercial rights to the final ghostwritten ebook. Niche Blueprints remain licensed only to you and may not be redistributed or resold.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear instructions, required materials, and review drafts on time. You may not request plagiarized content, illegal material, or copyright-infringing content.

9. Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee sales, rankings, or financial outcomes. Results depend on external factors such as competition, pricing, advertising, and execution.

We are not responsible for losses or outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

10. Confidentiality

All information shared with us is confidential. We do not sell, share, or disclose client data to third parties.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for illegal or harmful purposes, including:

  • Illegal activities
  • Medical or financial claims without expert review
  • Hate speech or explicit content
  • Misleading or deceptive information

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
